Junior Sous Chef required for an all fresh Restaurant located in Worcestershire. Salary £30,000, please note this is a live out position.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sous Chef looking to learn and progress in the kitchen.
You will be working with a team of 4 in the kitchen, producing fresh locally sourced dishes.
Restaurant open 7 days a week, your shifts will be 2-10pm over a 5 day week.
You will be required to be capable of working in the kitchen offering the Head Chef full support.
Ensure that all food items are prepared as instructed whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
Ensure that all food preparation equipment is being used safety and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained.
Supervise others in the kitchen when required.
To be from a fresh food background.
High standards of food hygiene.
Knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements would be advantageous.
Willing to learn and progress in the kitchen.
Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
