Head Chef for a 3* Hotel in Stirling. Salary £30,000. No live-in accommodation is available.
We are currently seeking a hardworking Head Chef with a great eye for presentation.
The Hotel has a pub classic and fresh menu, which requires a Head Chef for their 30 cover restaurant, working with a team of 2.
As Head Chef, you will be ensuring that standards are maintained and achieved as good kitchen management and food hygiene control are essential.
Create dishes using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
You will be responsible for the daily operation in the kitchen and the preparation and cooking of all dishes.
Work within staffing quotas and budgets.
Work closely with management.
Maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Adhere to strict hygiene control throughout the kitchen.
What we need from you
Have experience in a boutique hotel operation.
Worked with fresh produce.
Experience managing and working with a team
Be able to maintain a high and professional service.
Responsible for stock and cost control, along with achieving GP and budgets.
Up to date with health and hygiene, dietary requirements and allergens.
