Agency Sous Chef, required for a country inn, Pembrokeshire, £17 p/h. Live-in accommodation available.

Start Date: Immediate Start.

End Date: Ongoing assignment.

This busy country inn is looking for an agency sous chef to work with a team of 4, offering pub classics and modern dishes mainly using all fresh locally sourced produce.

What we need from you:

To be clean, smart and tidy.

To take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and support the team.

Have your own chef whites and knives.

Reliable, hardworking and a team player.

Up to date with Health and Hygiene, allergens and dietary requirements.
