Agency Sous Chef, required for a country hotel, Cumbria, £18.00 p/h. Live-in accommodation available.

Start Date: Immediate Start.

End Date: Ongoing assignment.

Our client is looking for an agency sous chef to help support the team and to take charge in the head chefs absence. You will be working with fresh locally sourced produce.

What we need from you:

To be clean, smart and tidy.

To take charge of the kitchen in the head chefs absence.

Have your own chef whites and knives.

Reliable, hardworking and a team player.

Up to date with Health and Hygiene, allergens and dietary requirements.
