Agency Head Chef, required for a Corporate Hotel, Aberdeenshire, £21.00 p/h. Live-in accommodation available.


Start Date: Immediate Start.

End Date: Ongoing assignment.


This busy Corporate style hotel is looking for an agency Head Chef to oversee the kitchen management and a small team of 5 plus kp's. The Hotel has a modern all fresh menu using locally sourced produce.


What we need from you:

To be clean, smart and tidy.

Experience managing and working with a diverse and experienced team

Be able to maintain a high and professional service.

Responsible for stock and cost control, along with achieving GP and budgets.

Have your own chef whites and knives.

Reliable, hardworking and a team player.

Up to date with Health and Hygiene, allergens and dietary requirements.
